Reimagine CRE seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to support client representation and transaction execution. This role provides exposure to national real estate markets and an opportunity to work with high-profile franchise and retail clients. The Associate plays a key role in supporting brokers, performing market analysis, and contributing to new business initiatives.

Essential Job Functions
- Assist in site selection, market research, and lease negotiations
- Prepare client deliverables including reports, tour books, maps, and presentations
- Maintain and update internal CRM systems with client and deal data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and industry partners
- Participate in business development initiatives, including research and outreach
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
- Active or eligible for Texas real estate license within 4 months of hire
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CoStar experience preferred
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
