Originally from Fort Worth, Carlie holds a degree in Sociology and Business from the University of North Texas. She enjoys traveling with her husband, gardening, painting, and taking walks with her dogs.

Jackson resides in Dallas with his wife, three children, and their dog. In his free time, Jackson enjoys family travel and rooting for the Dallas Stars and Texas Longhorns.

Jeremy specializes in retail lease negotiations, leveraging his deep knowledge of both national and local markets along with a reputation for transparency, efficiency, and relentless work ethic.

Originally from St. Louis, he comes from a family with over 75 years of experience in commercial real estate. After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, Jeremy began his career at a national tenant representation firm, where he advanced to Vice President and completed hundreds of transactions for retail brands.

In 2023, he co-founded Reimagine CRE with the mission of providing white-glove service and strategic guidance to retail clients nationwide. Jeremy is passionate about partnering with brands he believes in as both an advisor and a customer.

He lives in Dallas with his wife and their dogs, Frankie and Louie, and enjoys skiing, cooking, painting, and exploring new restaurants with family and friends.

With seven years of experience in commercial real estate, Quinn Cleveland has guided franchise-driven brands nationwide, specializing in retail, health, and wellness concepts. He has successfully executed numerous rollouts for brands such as Prime IV, Toastique, and JETSET Pilates, helping franchisees navigate site selection, market strategy, and lease negotiation.

Quinn is from Norman, Oklahoma, and attended the University of Oklahoma. He began his career in tenant representation and has remained focused on helping growing brands scale with confidence. In 2025, he joined Reimagine CRE as Vice President, where he is known for his client-first mindset, creative deal-making, and deep market expertise.

Quinn lives in Dallas with his wife and their dog, Callaway. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, working out, taking long walks with his family, and cheering on Oklahoma football.

Grant, a Dallas native and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, launched his real estate career with Reimagine CRE in the 2023. Madison (Maddie) began her journey with Reimagine CRE as an intern before officially stepping into her role as an Associate in September 2024. A California native, she moved to Dallas to attend Southern Methodist University, where she earned a degree in Real Estate and Film.

Her experience in national single-tenant NNN leasing has given her a strong foundation in deal execution and a thorough understanding of the tenant representation process. Maddie is particularly known for her ability to build lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals, a skill that distinguishes her in the field.
