Essential Job Functions
- Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and benefits administration
- Handle bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Coordinate internal meetings and events
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or office management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
