Essential Job Functions

  • Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and benefits administration
  • Handle bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Coordinate internal meetings and events
  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative or office management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
