Essential Job Functions
- Manage and grow client relationships with national and regional tenants
- Lead site selection, lease negotiation, and transaction management
- Mentor and oversee junior associates and support staff
- Develop business opportunities through networking and industry events
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
- Active real estate license
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate (tenant representation preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Established network of industry relationships
